Simply place the heavy bag slip stick at opponent punch height against the heavy bag, weave the two long nylon straps through the D-rings, pull tight and secure with the hook-and-loop fastening. Immediately add a totally new element to heavy bag training. When facing the “arm” it is like facing straight shots, when the bag is spinning or moving it’s like facing hooks. A full length PVC inside tube keeps the arm straight and secure. Not intended for punching, hitting or kicking. Once you train with the Heavy Bag Slip Stick, you will never want to hit the heavy bag again without it. Secure an additional Slip Stick to the opposite side of the heavy bag at a different height for increased action and advanced training options. Will fit heavy bags up to 20” in width.
